Learning about people (where they are from, what they do, what they like, etc.) allows you to better serve both them and your business.Remember: Selling a customer product or implementing a new policy without engaging the people at is bad. Asking questions to determine their needs is good. Finding ways to connect and customizing your presentation to match your audience is great.
