Surprised? Don’t be. Helping others improve has many benefits beyond doing a good deed. Teaching engages our brain in a much more active way than simply hoarding knowledge.
These discussions keep best practices top of mind, and sharing successful strategies allows us to work through them again. This repetition promotes communication, increases efficiency, and drives performance improvement.
