Small Improvements Make a Difference

Go with what works best. This simple advice is commonly ignored, either because we are seeking the perfect solution that works every time or because we default to what’s comfortable.

Waiting for perfection fosters excuses and can halt progress. Trying something new requires leaving our comfort zone. Sadly it’s easier to maintain the status quo than to commit to improving,

No system or phrase is 100% effective. Successful leaders know this and constantly seek solutions that work even a little better than what they are doing now.

Small improvements, over time, make a big difference.
